Looking forward to meeting you all on Monday when I arrive. I took part in a fit farm earlier this year, it was great fun and I should not have been worried before attending the 3 days I did. Everyone is friendly, very knowlegable and it is fun, although physically challenging at times - but this is what we have signed up for.....
I sadly have not stuck to all of the goals I set following my first visit, so feel that returning to complete the week as it were, is my best shot at getting into the right mindset.
