Hi can I ask a couple of questions please -

When I arrive on the Sunday will there be time to change before our first session/workout?

In the evenings is it just casual/gym style clothes?

With regards to the massages etc, will there be further details sent out about costs/duration and also how we can book and how we know when we would have free time during the stay?

Thank you - trying to get my plans/packing straight in my head and then I can concentrate on the arrangements for those at home in my absence
