Hi. I came to Matlock in 2008 for a week, learnt a lot and my Husband and I both lost weight. We've had two gorgeous kids, and over the years, it's been on again, off again. I can't shift my midriff.
Looking for support to eat better instead of rewarding myself with food, and to be able to ensure the whole family gets the right nutrients.
Looking forward to some exercise, maybe falling in love with a new type of fitness, last time it was running, and some sunshine, and a week of not hearing "Mum, what can I eat/what's for dinner?"
