Hi All

My name's Nicky, I'm 50 something, have two grown up girls and a very large extended family who live close by (doorstep close) in North Yorkshire. In the past 18 months I have lost 3 very close friends to cancer, all far too young and too lovely. Am going through the menopause, gaining weight (a constant battle) and suffering with mysterious sore knees which flare up without warning which has put me off exercising which I enjoy.

I work in a hospital which specialises in rehab for those with challenging behaviour following a brain injury. The hours are long and v stressful and time for self is often put on hold to accommodate work. Holidays are often interrupted so I've decided to leave it all behind and do something for me :D looking forward to meeting you all , Nicky

hello everyone, my name is Mandy and I am a returner to Fit farms - I first went about 5 years ago with the usual issues of creeping weight gain, divorce etc and a need to rethink eating, and since then I have been back twice more! This is not because it hasn't 'worked' but rather because it works so well, I just enjoy a top up from time to time. I have always been quite sporty so I really enjoy all the exercise and have met some great women on these courses. I expect some of you are feeling very anxious , and the first weekend is really quite tough , but I guarantee the aches and pains will go after that you will feel wonderful and amazingly positive at the end of the week. see you soon! - and no I am not paid to say this!

Good morning to you all :D
My name is Jane and I live in beautiful south Dorset, so relatively local.
I have just had my 60th birthday and returning to fitfarms was my wished for pressie!
I did Fitfarm Dorset in January this year and came home buzzing with 'I can do' and straight away knew I wanted to return. There is something quite satisfying about handing yourself over for a week and just letting someone else make the decisions and feed you!
I met some lovely ladies in January and am looking forward to making a whole bunch more new friends this time.
Hope to achieve fitness and tone with a little weight loss would be good!
See you all soon x

Hi All

My name is Jenny, I'm 53 and I am looking forward to the week with nervous excitement.
I would like to loose weight and feel better. For too long I have been making poor choices and resorting to food in times of stress. I would love to get back to enjoying exercise again.

Looking forward to meeting you all soon x

My name is Tricia and this will be my 3rd visit to Fitfarms. Initially I was very apprehensive but then discovered I could do the exercises and I enjoyed the camaraderie and the people I met. I've upped my exercise levels since my first visit but still haven't discovered any willpower on food and drink....

Hi everyone,
My name is Rachel and I am a returner to Fitfarms, although after a long time. I went in 2010.
I have had a few injuries this year and as such have not been able to exercise as normal, didn't eat or drink any less and as such have put on weight!
I would just like to get my mojo back.
Look forward to meeting everyone on Friday x

Hi ladies,
I'm Rebecca and a first timer at Fit Farm! 2016 has been a bit disruptive for me ... I moved back to the UK from Canada (after things didn't work out after re-locating there with my partner), have taken a while to settle back here (no family nearby) and have started a new and v stressful job for which I am working all hours. Subsequently I have lost my exercise mojo and need some time and space for myself.
Really looking forward to meeting you all :)
