Hi All,

Looking forward to meeting you all on Monday when I arrive. I took part in a fit farm earlier this year, it was great fun and I should not have been worried before attending the 3 days I did. Everyone is friendly, very knowlegable and it is fun, although physically challenging at times - but this is what we have signed up for.....

I sadly have not stuck to all of the goals I set following my first visit, so feel that returning to complete the week as it were, is my best shot at getting into the right mindset.

Looking forward to Matt's amazing cooking, Jas' Blcakcountry hummour, Andy's pep talks, getting to know Jodie and seeing Stephan again - oh of course meeting you all.

Me and my sister are coming on Friday 2nd June we are first timers and quite abit afraid as we both have different health problems which make it harder to be a healthy weight. I understand there are 2 sisters coming at the same time looking forward to meeting everyone at the camp.
