Hello Everyone my name is Linda

Wow the course is really approaching fast and I am feeling mixed emotions of being a little scared, nervous, hopeful and excited all at the same time. My motivation for joining the retreat is for a new beginning, I am not expecting my world to change over night but I am really hoping to gain some good eating habits and lay down some strong foundations for exercise. I am extremely worried about my lack of fitness but then that is why I booked this course. Its my chance to invest some time in me and my health. Best foot forward and looking forward to meeting everyone :-)

Great to see you on the forum and thank you for introducing yourself.

Yes it's not long to go now until we all head down to Dorset.

There's some great classes, workshops, walks etc lined up for your course so we are definitely going to change your lifestyle for the better and have lots of fun on the way.

Hello everyone,
I pretty much agree with everything Linda says! I'm a bit nervous but excited for an opportunity to do some exercise, no excuses! I'm quite sporty but I've never been one to go to the gym on my own and I really want to challenge myself to see what I can achieve if I do train properly and eat well - and I want it not to be just a one off thing. I'd like to learn some good habits to take forward for real life afterwards!

Hi everyone

My name is Caroline
And I’m super excited to be joining everyone soon.

My big fear is everyone will be super fit and wearing very trendy Lycra outfits..!!!!
And I will be half a mile behind everyone else, but hey ho I’m ready to give it go.

I’m doing a bit of pre course warm up in between jobs, I’ve started doing my 10000 steps
Today walking round Southampton in my gym gear praying I don’t see any I know.

I’m so happy we have a pool as I love to swim every morning.

Look forward to seeing everyone.

Looking forward to the course and meeting you, I'm hoping for a positive lifestyle change to take away with me. Even though I enjoy exercise I wouldn't call myself fit
