Hello everyone!
I'm Arwen, 42 years old. I'm relatively fit, I enjoy hiking mainly, but have recently taken up running again after a couple of years off. During lock-down I broke my ankle & my weight gradually increased. I'd really like to lose a few pounds & gain as much knowledge on how to improve my nutrition as possible. Really looking forward to this opportunity!

I'm Amber and I'm 25 years old. I've always been really into health and fitness but some events towards the end of last year triggered a cycle of unhealthy eating habits that unfortunately I haven't been able to break. I'm hoping that this weekend I can break that cycle of unhealthy eating and kickstart losing the weight I've put on,
