Hi I'm Rachel, I'm looking forward to resetting and getting back into healthy habits.

Just a couple of questions, is it a hotel we're staying in? I was wondering because the packing list said to bring towels and a hair dryer, won't these be in the room?
Is tea and coffee available in our rooms or do we need to bring that too?

Hope you are well.

We have a tea and coffee station in the nutrition area. It’s ok to take from here if you want tea and coffee at hand when you wake up.

We provide 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. It’s a good idea to pack extra towels.
