I'm Azra, like many of you I'm looking forward to joining the group on Saturday. For me the Menopause and more recently my bunion which has become very troublesome, not to mention painful, have contributed to the weight piling on. So... would really love to lose some weight and gain a better understanding of how to eat better going forward.
