Portugal FitFarms 11th November Here We Go!
It's looking like sun in the 20's down on the Algarve coastline.

Roz here! Joining the FF course on 11 November.
My aim is to get fit, lose weight and learn some good eating practices at the same time as meeting new people and enjoying working together to achieve this.

Hi I’m Don,
I definitely need to loose the extra Kg’s, the sun will be a bonus; I might be missing some of the heavier exercises, but as I will be there from 4th, I am hoping that I might be in a bit better shape before you arrive. I will certainly know where the local bakery is
