In just over a week from now, we will all be together in Essex, about to embark on our Fitfarm journey!

HI i'm coming
traveling solo by train from S Wales, hoping to loose a couple of pounds by the end of the week. I hoping for a challenge in fitness & some tips on how to make nutritional changes.
I will be sharing a twin room with who ever you are x
I'm getting on a bit, so need to look after myself or i woun't be around to enjoy the benefits of retirement
